American Horror Story: Apocalypse

Groundbreaking anthology series American Horror Story is set to return for its eighth
instalment, Apocalypse, streaming on Foxtel and screening on showcase from Thursday,
September 13 at 8.30pm AEST, express from the US.

Co-created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, the new 10-part season of the cult series, set
in the near-distant future, is the long-awaited crossover of Season 1’s Murder House and
Season 3’s Coven.

The stellar cast this season includes series regulars Evan Peters, as well as returning cast members Jessica Lange and Adina Porter, who both appeared in Murder House. Legendary rock singer Stevie Nicks will also feature, alongside Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, Taissa Farmiga, Gabourey Sidibe, Lily Rabe and Frances Conroy, all of whom starred in Coven. Billie Lourd, Cheyenne Jackson and Leslie Grossman from last season’s Cult are also confirmed to join.

Australian actor Cody Fern, who played David Madson in The Emmy-nominated FX series The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story, will appear for the first time in the new season series, along with Hollywood royalty Joan Collins and Billy Porter, who also stars Ryan Murphy’s critically acclaimed FX series Pose.
