Here’s all you need to know about the new and returning series arriving to FOX SHOWCASE this May.
Season 7 of the multi award-winning drama Wentworth returns with the prison on the brink of imploding as the fiery confrontation between the two emerging titans, Rita and Marie, is imminent after series 6’s bloody finale.
With the case of Joan Ferguson presumably closed, a significantly pregnant Vera and her co-conspirators in the Freak’s demise, Will and Jake, are off the hook, at least for now. Meanwhile, Wentworth’s eclectic mix of misfits are fracturing as the powers of love, deception and revenge threaten to break them apart for good.
Protection is the overarching theme of this latest installment, with even our noblest heroes becoming morally compromised in their mission to defend the people they love, even if it has deadly consequences. The on-set of dementia finds Liz clutching at any semblance of hope while Boomer has to deal with the residual of her broken family.
Catch up on the story so far with Wentworth Seasons 1 – 6 available to stream now, or watch all month on BOX SETS.

Game of Thrones: The Last Watch
For a year, acclaimed British filmmaker Jeanie Finlay was embedded on the set of the hit HBO series “Game of Thrones,” chronicling the creation of the show’s most ambitious and complicated season.
Debuting one week after the series finale, the special delves deep into the mud and blood to reveal the tears and triumphs involved in the challenge of bringing the fantasy world of Westeros to life in the very real studios, fields and car-parks of Northern Ireland.
Made with unprecedented access, GAME OF THRONES: THE LAST WATCH is an up-close and personal portrait from the trenches of production, following the crew and the cast as they contend with extreme weather, punishing deadlines and an ever-excited fandom hungry for spoilers.
Much more than a “making of” documentary, this is a funny, heartbreaking story, told with wit and intimacy, about the bittersweet pleasures of what it means to create a world – and then have to say goodbye to it.
Jeanie Finlay’s previous credits include the documentaries “Seahorse”, “Orion: The Man Who Would Be King”, “Pantomine”, “The Great Hip Hop Hoax”, “Sound It Out” and “Goth Cruise”. GAME OF THRONES: THE LAST WATCH is her eighth feature film.
Stream or watch new episodes weekly from Monday 27 May at 11am AEST, with an 8.30pm AEST encore.
